SACRED DANCE WORKSHOP
DECEMBER 29-30
This workshop will JAM OUT for 2 whole days and we´ll include a free intro Evening on this friday at 8pm located at hotel
LA Paz, in San Marcos De la Laguna.
Tapping into the earths sacred medicine to activate the chakra system. We will be re-coding habit-patterns through yoga, dance and ectastic movement. Rising this energy to the divine heals and opens us to infinite love. This union of ‘kundalini shakti´ meets at our Heart center, our true self.
Together we will be working with tools from various traditional Sacred dances while learning to co-create our authentic expression of prayers that honor our body as a vessel of divine worship.
—Dance of the Sacred Symbols , symbols that have been danced on the mayan pyramids and are part of unlocking the mayan calender 2012 cosmology.

—Seven Pointed Star Empowerment Hopi dance ritual that honors the all cardinal directions of the World through the Heart
— Mudras, chanting, belly dance, indian classic dance, and Anusara Yoga
This Workshop will be facilitated by Ayah (goddesstemple@yahoo.com) and Jillian Kueffer (jtrilliam@gmail.com)
Anusrara/Heart Yoga 10 am 25Q or $3
Dance Class 1—4pm 75Q or $10
All Sessions both days 180Q
All invited to yoga classes!
It is suggested to commit to both days of dance, for the sake of holding a group container
